  It comes with all necessary hardware. You will need a drill with some drill bits (starter holes for lag bolts) and a socket wrench. I used a 13mm socket to tighten the lag bolts.   Actually, this one does. The bracket that attaches to the LCD slides in and out of a slot on the mount arm. You could buy two mounts and swap 2 LCDs in and out of this bracket.
